I found out over 10 years ago that I had celiac and back then there were almost no options out there. Luckily I love to cook and bake, so I got down to business and started to perfect my recipes.
If you are on this page, you have most likely suffered through a lot of terrible gluten-free products and are done with eating over processed, sugary, and all around terribly textured baked goods. I’m here to help you avoid having to sacrifice your tastebuds in order to stay healthy.
I bake completely gluten-free and vegan treats and I source local, seasonal, and organic whenever possible.
